Silent Ember Panel is a private production tool operated by the owner of the YouTube channel Silent Ember Studio. It is not a public service. It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else, and no third party may use it.
Only the channel owner, acting on their own Google Account and their own YouTube channel. There is no registration and no way for another person to obtain access.
The app is used to publish the owner's own original content and to read that channel's own analytics. It is not used to access, copy or analyse anyone else's account or data.
All video and audio published through the app is produced by Silent Ember Studio. Content generated with AI assistance is declared to YouTube as synthetic media on every upload, as YouTube's policies require.
The app runs on a single private server and carries no uptime commitment to anyone. It may be changed or shut down at any time by its owner.
The app is provided as-is, with no warranty. As it has no users other than its owner, no liability is undertaken toward any third party.
